2

We assess on site

A registered plumber isolates the water, diagnoses the fault and quotes the repair or replacement before starting.

3

Sorted, with a CoC

We do the work, test it, and issue your Certificate of Compliance for your records and your insurer.

Honest pricing guidance

Ballpark ranges so you know roughly what to budget before we arrive. We confirm your exact price on site, before any work starts.

Geyser questions, answered

My geyser has burst. What should I do right now?

First, stop the water. Find the geyser isolator valve or the main stopcock, usually at the boundary or in the garden, and close it. Then switch the geyser off at the DB board to protect the element. Move anything valuable out from under the affected ceiling and put down a bucket. Then call us. We will talk you through anything you are unsure of and get a plumber out to you, usually the same day.

Can you help with an insurance claim?

Yes. Most household policies cover geyser bursts, and insurers require the work to be done by a registered plumber with a Certificate of Compliance afterwards, which is exactly how we work. We provide a written quote and an itemised invoice with the detail your insurer needs, and a CoC on completion. If your insurer sends their own assessor first, we are happy to work in with that process.

Should I repair or replace my geyser?

It depends on the age and condition of the cylinder. If the tank is sound and the problem is the element, thermostat or a valve, a repair is usually the sensible, cheaper option. If the cylinder is leaking because it has rusted or corroded through, or it is past roughly ten to fifteen years old, replacement is the better spend. We give you an honest assessment on site rather than pushing the bigger job.

Do I really need a Certificate of Compliance?

For a new geyser installation or replacement, yes. An electrical CoC covering the geyser work is a legal requirement, and your insurer will ask for it if you ever claim. We issue the appropriate certificate as part of every replacement, so you are covered. For minor repairs a full new CoC is not always required, and we will tell you what applies to your job.

How fast can you get to me?

For most of the southern suburbs and city bowl we aim to be out the same day, and often within a couple of hours for a burst geyser during working hours. The quickest way to get moving is to call or WhatsApp us with your suburb and a short description, and we will give you a realistic time then and there.
